Hello my name is Shannon and I am trying to find a attorney for a friend of mine. In September my friend was indicted along with some other people for intent to distribute methamphetamine. This case indictment was facebook messages an my friend is only mentioned a few times and it did not say in the indictment  that my friend sold anything or bought anything like it mentions others who were also Iindicted it did. He was released on a PR bond to a in patient drug treatment where he competed the 30 days an then was made to go to a sober living house because he was not able to go to his parents because of his parents owning guns. Since then he was late going back to the sober living an they have revoked bond until court there is a pretrial. For 4/12 an final for 4/28 but they keep pushing it back so it will more than likely get moved again. Hee been incarcerated for almost 60 days now. He has a court appointed attorney but I can't get him to return any of my calls. So I'm looking for a attorney just to file paperwork to see if he can get released on house arrest or something I know that they are closing down that prison in 60 days so everyone will be moved . I Dont need a attorney for the whole case just to help get him released that makes sense. he will be staying with me and I have no criminal history.
