I am being accused of embezzlement and extorted by my former employer.

I am looking for a criminal defense attorney.  I "borrowed" money from a company where the CEO is my business partner.  My share holdings in the company would have easily collatoralized.  There was no realization of the funds being gone and was per my plan I proactively paid back funds plus interest and informed CEO of this. i also offered restitution.  Now he is trying extort me into giving up half of my new company to him or he will "turn me in to the FBI.  There  are more relevant details I will provide.  I need someone for about an hour or two for some initial advice and perhaps more later.  I need someone available ASAP, even today :) I can commit to no more than $1k but would prefer to keep it under $800.    Ideally you have dealt with embezzlement/financial crimes before.

Company i am in dispute with is a Delaware corporation with offices in New York City.  I live and work from NJ.
