10-13/2020 I had my 1st stage of lip suction and on 11/18/2020 I had my 2^nd stage surgery of lipo and trisculpt ex (tummy tuck) by Dr Collins of Sono Bello in NC

Contact information 434-755-7763 [email protected] On 10-13/2020 I had my 1st stage of lip suction and on 11/18/2020 I had my 2^nd stage surgery of lipo and trisculpt ex (tummy tuck) by Dr Collins of Sono Bello in Raleigh Nc. I thought I was healing find I was moving around and never had any issues. On 12/23/2020 my stitches started to open up daily in different spots like a domino effect. I called to Sono Bello where I had the procedure done and the receptionist transferred me to a nurse and she stated that someone will call back concerning the issue.  On Dec 24^th a nurse by the name of Zee contacted me asking has anyone reached out. I told her that I haven’t spoken with anyone from there office and that I was at the emergency room because I was scared because I was bleeding so much and had to keep showering and changing clothes, she stated to let her know what dr says. On 12/26/2020 I reached out to Zee letting her know that I now have 3 holes that has opened and is bleeding and asked was that normal. She asked what was the color of the drainage was and wanted to know what the emergency room dr had to say about the drainage. I told her that the er doctor stated for me to continue absorbing the blood with gauze and padding  and provided with a abdominal binder to put pressure on my wounds hoping that it would stop the bleeding and advised that I follow up with Dr Collins (the surgeon). Zee stated to keep wounds clean and to repeat that 2 to 3 times daily and that my wounds were opening up due to the pressure of retained fluid it happens and will get better. I also sent pics of my wounds to that Nurse. On 12/28/2020 I now have 4 opened spots that has a foul smell and puss mixed with blood is now oozing out. I called Sono Bello and stated that I need to be seen because something isn’t right at this time I’m walking hunched over due to the extreme pain. Arrived at sono bello around noon and my friend and I was escorted to the back to a room. A nurse asked me to get under dressed and provided with under garments to put on, once the nurse returned I told her that I wouldn’t be able to put the under garment on because im leaking entirely to much and I didn’t want to take the pads off because of the drainage. Once the nurse seen my wounds and drainage she escorted to the Or room next door and told me to get on the table and took pictures of my wounds and the pads that I took off as well. She than left to get Dr Collins. Dr Collins comes in and look at me and said that he’ll be right back. He returned with gauze and betadine solution  and stated that everything that I’m going through is normal (it happens) he cleaned my wounds off and soaked gauze with betadine and stuck them inside my wounds and told to repeat that 3 to 4 times daily and everything will be ok also asked did I have someone at home that could help me (I have a recording stating that as well and also a nurse in the background saying what hes doing to me isn’t right) I asked Dr Collins did I need antibiotics because I knew I was infected. Dr Collins stated at this point antibiotic’s wouldn’t do me any good because I’m not septic stated for me to go home and repeat putting gauze inside wounds 3 to 4 times daily and I will be ok also stated for me not to go to the er or doctor’s office come straight to him and provided me with his contact information 919.633.8791. Once I got home I texted the nurse Zee stating that I would like antibiotics for my comfort again because I knew something wasn’t right. No response. Later that night I decided that I needed to go get a 2^nd opinion because I was getting worse, I was taking 3 to 4 showers a day because I was draining so much. Went to Chippenham hospital on 12/28/2020 and was admitted, I was indeed infected and spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital getting antibiotics through an iv, 2 days later after being in the hospital dr stated that I got mercer and started me on 2 different antibiotics had 2 surgeries and hooked to a wound vac. After the 2^nd surgery I was discharged from the hospital with a home wound vac pain meds and antibiotics and still have 3 more surgeries to go.  I have text messages, I have pictures, messages, recording , videos and medical records

As of today on 1/24/2021 ive had another surgery and the wound vac is gone but I have staples in me and human plastic skin also, I have my last surgery schedule for 1/28/2021 for Dr Jones(wound surgeon) to close the wounds that are still opened and to graph skin from my thigh to close the wound in the middle. I haven’t been able to work because sitting up more than 2 hours hurts a lot.

Extra information: on the 12/28/2020 the nurse that originally helped me once I arrived at sono bello, once she took pictures I didn’t see her anymore. I have a witness stating that once she walked out the room with me she stated that she was not going to help dr Collins because she wasn’t going down behind him. Also once dr Collins walked out the room when he 1^st saw me he asked the nurses for a bowl and bleach and stated that he didn’t know what was coming out of me; he hadn’t seen that before.

I have pictures the day I was seen at sono bello before my visit and after my visit and while I was admitted in the hospital and the recording that I have is of Dr Collins packing the inside of my wounds with gauzed soaked with betadine stating that I will be ok its just situral line stuff that will get better just repeat packing the wounds with help and he promise that I will be ok. Also in the recording it’s a nurse saying that whats he doing to me isn’t right, its not right.
