I am being charged late fees for an apartment, even though I have made all my payments either early or on time, and I have never missed one payment.

I currently live in an apartment. My rent is $725 per month for a one-bedroom apartment that might as well be a studio. I have had nothing but issues living here, ranging from noisy neighbors to towel racks falling off, to me requesting someone to fix my mailbox repeatedly because I've been having problems unlocking it. My property manager, Viamonte Investment Group, is charging me late fees even though I've NEVER missed a payment, nor was I ever late making a payment. I have never had any issues with my bank account that would keep me from making any payments. Now I am being charged $85 in late fees for really no good reason. I'm presenting this case to you because I believe that this is going to escalate to further charges or possible eviction if I don't do anything about it. I'm not paying them anything but my rent.
