I would like to know my legal options for a possible divorce.

14 yr marriage.  I had an affair  5 yrs ago which resulted in a unwanted pregnancy.  Husband forgave me and we reconciled.  Now he is asking for a separation. He moved out and is staying 90% of the time with his new girlfriend. I stayed in the home and he agrees to pay bills.  He does not ask for a divorce at the moment. How ever I have to have back surgery due to 2 herniated disks. He agrees to keep me on his insurance and come back in the home to help me only...no reconciliation at this time. He worked during the marriage and I stayed at home to take care of his daughter by previous marriage. 

What are my options?  I do not want divorce, I do not want separation. I want reconciliation. Can I force him to take marriage counseling? IF...we divorce...He has close to 20 guns and 20, 000 rounds of ammo. He does not want give me any of the value. I may have household items only.  Would I be entitled to alimony? His pension, his 401k...we bought a truck less than 3 months ago.   Title and loan have my name first...Lana...AND OR Mark.

I can not make the payments but I do not want truck kept overnight at GF's house or Father In Laws house as he works over nights.   Can I request truck to be returned to marital home during this time.

He owes his last divorce lawyer over $20k.  His lawyer didn't to represent me during his last divorce.  Would he be able to hire another lawyer for this?
