Now school w/o reason or prior history AT ALL petitioned court for wardship! When I enroll my kids , they were refused ! I demanded.  They were hassled all yr! Officer at home almost daily!No reason at all! Last yr they removed kids 30 days!duringCOVID I attempted reenrolling.refused my family for no reason then petition the court for tardys  

When I moved home, and attempted to enroll my children in the local public school district. They made me jump through hoops and had to local police follow me home and just simply taunt my family and I I had daily phone calls from the school district about absolute nothingness. I eventually stopped taking their phone calls and told them that if they needed something leave me an email or a voicemail and that was that it was very obvious that they didn't like my children in the small town we live in, is very very white and my children are Hispanic my husband is very Mexican and speaks a little English they have never acknowledged his existence and they make it a point to miss spell miss pronounce miss use my children's name as well as surnames... my kids are amazing children they've never had disciplinary issues matter of big fax they are basically class pets they love school school and everyone at school love them aside from the faculty and that's because I grew up in this town and they didn't like me therefore they made my children feel extremely uncomfortable and they lost every bit of their safe space... I had bigger problems I had moved on with my father because he was diagnosed with cancer and I am the entire family that I have so I had no choice but to move home. The next year my son had to enroll in kindergarten as well as his two older sisters advancing that was a daily massive argument inside the home because nobody could understand why they couldn't be enrolled why one paper or another was always wrong or missing and it made an extremely large problem inside the home because everybody was doing what they could to enroll a child in school which , for most people is very simple. Education is beyond important and quite frankly early childhood education is the foundation of our lives! I personally own my own business we live in a very nice home on plenty of acreage very clean no criminal history no drug usage no alcohol usage there is no reason why my name and my children's name should've been drug through the mud. But once my son got into kindergarten the principal decided that she was removing my child from the school district that he was no longer allowed to attend school because she did not like a medical physical form. She said that until I fixed it that he was not allowed. With a lot of documentation because I said earlier I made them communicate only in written communication because of their extreme crooked behavior. The fact they sent lawn Forssman to my house every single day. It took me 28 days I think to finally get a hold of the state school board in Chicago they had me on a conference call as they themselves were in disbelief that's what was happening not to mention the Chicago board had gotten wind of my story a few days before I actually got them my story because I went to probably five county superintendents as well as my own waiting for someone to stop her level of unconstitutional shit! The state school board made a phone call she made an ass of herself as well as the local superintendent on an email thread together with the state board called their level of illegal activity as they attempted to pull records and other things that permission was never given and then refused to speak about it... there are so many things that happened inside those 28 days that she physically put her hands on my son as I called local police attempted to stop her and was left out by the local police officer again well documented all in text messages because we became like best friends after daily visits... so my son was finally put back in school the very next day after speaking with the state level. That was early November 2019 after that we know by March 2020 things shut down and it was a level of hell I had never experienced... we have been harassed by the local police they brought the police chief out to walk up and down my street and tell people they were looking for me for fraudulent paperwork that I had submitted... again speaking about a physical form and it's completely false. But nobody in my small town believes me when the chief of police does this. So I made a call to the chief of police he apologized and I've never heard another word from him. Decent resource officer to my house on a regular basis during the summer saying that he was doing welfare check ups because the school would send him even though school was not in session when it came to re-enrolling in August 2020, they had a drive-through supply pick up as well as the chrome book pick ups so aside from getting badgered through emails about HAL my children or not in rolled in that district even though we've never moved, we went to supply pick up anyway as advised by the school secretary. In this small school my children are very well-known the school principles took the time to run out into the line and remove the supplies from my vehicle as well as my children's hands yelling about how we are lying  , that we don't live here and we need to figure out and go back to where we came from that if they let every immigrant child go to their school district it would be a disaster! Mind you born and raised in that town I am, and I've been married to my husband for 20 years, we do construction, but we've never been an immigrant family like that! All the while during all of this they have never acknowledge the existence of my husband refused to speak about him less yet to him.... once school again yet again the resource officer was at my house every single day of the week no matter if they were on time for every single zoom meeting or not the whole world had problems with making virtual school work, I am not perfect but I do have children to feed and I do have bills to pay so I made sure that my first grader always had time to do his work special for him or with my mother. My girls are in eighth grade and sixth grade they should be capable but they are no different than every other child that felt like it was summer break at first ! I have to admit they were tardy but every single day by 9 AM resource officer was in my driveway beating down my door and he did not leave until they were logged on! Even sell in the month of September they removed my children from virtual learning one at a time for 1000 different reasons all very documented one of them being a physical form for my sixth grader then after we got that they immediately said oh wait we need another immunization record even though that was never mentioned and immediately following that I was served with a summons from the county sheriff stating that the local superintendent petition to the court for award ship of my three children for truancy. I literally laughed and then realized where I was and if they did it this unconstitutionally what was next. But I still held out hope that a judge would look at it and say they've never been truant, it's very well documented that the mother has done everything for you guys to let her in the school district but you hate her and her Mexican family. Yet still my children absolute zero disciplinary problems no problems in school and they did virtual school together with their friends home must've had the same schedule but I am the only case in the entire county as the case number is, Jv-2020-1.... I hired an attorney however I tried with all my might to find an attorney outside of Monroe County because in this county you either play with them or you will run away.. they will make you leave just like they're trying to do to me. So at the first court date I was told I had the option to homeschool my children or move. When I literally lost my ability to contain myself I was told by my own attorney "they will see that they are not going to get where they're trying to go with less, they will come after you "! This was in the quart room in front of my children and we all were left speechless because at this point I am that brick wall that nobody will move in under no circumstances do I have the ability to homeschool my children and why should I. After that court date within a week , local police department served me with a summons for a court date for my oldest eighth grader who is in no way shape or form a problem for battery charges for a fight that happened in October 2020 and the time that it happened it was established by local police that my child was the victim as the girls that attacked her came from two towns over just to fight her and my daughter simply defended herself by smacking this girl. So they have an eight second Snapchat video they're attempting to now use against her. yet there's never been any issue until after the first court date one week following that summons local school decides to not let my child off the school bus because nobody was standing at the end of the driveway which is insanity, the very next day at school my son had a scrape on his hand like any first grade farm boy from cutting brush with his father, the school nurse decided that she needed to call DCFS and report my husband, who has never existed until now , for extreme child abuse and neglect. The next day at school DCFS arrives they take my child they show up at my doorstep surprise, I was elated!!!!!!!!! He did his investigation I received his report 100% unfounded BS and he gave me very clear instructions on how to report the harassment just so happened that he too was a resource officer prior to being a DCFS worker... he looked at this truancy shit and the discovery that is all of six weeks of virtual school and very obvious attendance but they were tardy on a few OK Asians and he told me all about the real law...! I contacted my own attorney and asked him why in the real hell I'm still being threatened when there is nothing that I have done wrong I told him about the DCFS the fact that he was a resource officer and told me that what they're doing is disgusting and completely unlawful and I needed to speak with my attorney about it because I've never even been issued a truancy citation less yet enough to lose wardship... two days after that conversation I received three criminal citations in the mail from my local police department for truancy. Then I went to my attorney and I was irate I told him he is disgusting, how is it possible that you can get your first ticket not as a family but one for each so that I have three tickets to pay because in this county nothing is thrown out! Not to mention how would they throw out these bullshit tickets if we're still in the midst of fighting the petition that should have been thrown out the moment it crossed the prosecutors desk?! On March 2 of 2021 we had our second court date where I was verbally informed that we were supposedly supposed to have been there at 9 AM got all my paperwork said 2 PM like magic everyone else from the school district was in court with us at 2 PM however the judge released my attorney at 9 AM, unbeknownst to me. When I asked how the hell that is even possible the judge said he showed proof of service. I asked How! I received a certified pink slip in my snail mail box on March 3 that it would be available for pick up at the post office by the sixth! I can only assume that that is his proof of service that I still have never received so now here I sit with no attorney to represent us on all the illegal criminal crap but I need to sue these people because they continue to threaten me if I don't move and if I attempt to continue to send my children to their school! Let's not forget I have again in text messages with this local resource officer me begging for protection from the complete harassment as in one text thread I have three years of back-and-forth conversation between the resource officer and myself it's as real as it gets and when I asked him if he would stand up and defend and protect like the oath that he took he responded with he's sorry he was busy eating lunch and he just understand the frustration with the local police department but there's nothing that he can do to stop anything!
