I have a hearing of my unemployment appeal and would like some counsel on it. 

I was deemed eligible for unemployment when I first applied in March 2020 and received unemployment till December 2020 when I was deemed ineligible for unemployment and now the state wants me to pay them the money back. I am a student whose employment got affected by covid and would like to know how to fight this case.
