I flight this month with Delta airlines from JFK to PHX. He told me that I can sit he will ask his supervisor and will let me know, Later when I went boarding he told me that It's okay and my child should not wear a mask he also took the boarding pass from my child to check the exact seat and he told me that he wrote down a note for the flight attendant. in the middle of the flight, 1 of the flight attendant's has warned me to put on a mask on my child I tried explaining that this child has asthma and they told me before that he doesn't need to wear a mask she called up another flight attendant they told me the same thing that there are no exceptions and he needs to wear a mask, Can I sue Delta?
