my father was my sole parent in a car accident 1981 and declared dead by ministry of justice who put me in care of probation service not social service for nefarious ends. i discovered he alive 2014 claiming national tv he was another person. would like to sue uk govt for trauma and fraud

there are amany issues arising defamation of myself and deceased mother, public humiliation,fake orphaning,  vilification, usage of myself and all intellectual property for media/financial gain, lack of recourse to compensation/representation, national disrespect , illegal allocation of child as criminal for own  criminal ends. lack of finance/ entitlements legal and financial
