Class action lawsuit against megamillions/powerball lotteries for misleading the public.

I have been playing the megamillions/ powerball drawings fir 40 years now and ive noticed one thing that happens every year around sept.15th the amounts of the drawings startes to increase then someone miraculously wins around new years day. My point is that during this time frame people playing these games have NO CHANCE!of winning! The rest of the year you play the games and try to play the idds. Which very obviously are low on winning but at least you have a slight chance of winning.i think the lottery commisions, whether they are by state or federal should be held accountable for misleading people to believe during this time frame (sept.15th through new years) and the players should be reimbursed fir their investment, and the false hope.
