I have a co-defendant who is also responsible to pay restitution but refuses to help and I've been paying on it all by myself how do I get relief from further paying any further from the judge? What should I do? 

I'm on parole for 3yrs and really would like to be relieved from further punishment for this case based on me receiving ineffective council that led to in my eyes a unlawful conviction. I was pressured by my public defender into pleading guilty to a crime I didn't commit while being mentally unstable and scared to death of a outcome that wouldn't have been the outcome for me if I wasn't forced into pleading and she would of worked with me to prove my innocence for the thefts. The guy who is considered my codeffendant was ordered to pay restitution as well as me but he refuses to help pay towards it and I've been paying on my fines and restitution since September 2020 and I'm just a single mom barely financially getting by. There was no evidence I committed any theft or crime of going in the victims car and stealing her purse with her personals in it because I never committed that crime the guy considered my codeffendant committed the crime and I was tricked by my public defender to not only plea to all the charges on the indictment but to plea guilty to being the master mind and to the action of the crime. Before this case I've never had a criminal record and had lived in the community for over three years and was always a law abiding citizen. I made a mistake allowing my childhood friend live with me and he committed a crime that cost me 2yrs of my life. I literally feel like my life is over!! Looking back I wish I would of fought harder and not plead but I was scared and I thought the lady who was representing had my best interest but I was so very wrong. She helped ruin my life! I had just had a baby and I also had a four year old that I had to leave for 2yrs with my mom while I served prison time. I want justice! I want the truth to be made known and I want relief from this financial burden and having to be on parole.
