I had my oil change last year at NTB in March out in Charleston, SC before traveling out to Houston, TX. On the way it was brought to my attention I might be leaking oil and I noticed there was no dip stick in my car.  After many issues we reached out to NTB but they denied responsibility.

Before lockdown last March, I had an oil change at NTB in Charleston, SC. I was traveling to Texas when I got a phone call from my roommate in Charleston that our neighbor noticed some oil spots where I park and I needed to check my oil. I did this while I was stopped for lunch in Daphne, AL. Someone was helping me when we noticed I did not have a dip stick in my car. I took my car to a local Ford dealership in an effort to have them help me out. I spent about 3 hrs there having them clean up the oil. They were able to plug my where a dip stick should be but did not have a dip stick. They were able to keep more oil from going out everywhere in my car.  I was able to continue to Texas but had multiple problems over the next several months before ultimately having to get a new car in late October. I contacted NTB about this and they had someone come to look at the car. Then, they determined they were not liable because I had stopped at the Ford dealership in AL and I should contact them about liability.
