Was charged with forgery after I called police and told them these people said they were hiring me. Gave me a sign on check and I asked the bank if they could determine if it was legit because I was skeptical. They didn't know if it was real I tried to take it back to the people and they left!

Was charged with forgery after I called police and told them these people said they were hiring me. Gave me a sign on check and I asked the bank if they could determine if it was legit because I was skeptical. They didn't know if it was real or not so I went to give the check back to the people they  left and stole my backpacks I told the cop everything and then he accused me of being some guy in another county that was trying to cash checks. And I now have been on bail over a year and was given altered evidence from my public defenders and they also refused to let me have the picture of the guy that there saying is me in another county. Nor have a time or date for the image I had to reach out to police to get the image because my defense gave every excuse as to why I couldn't have it. And now there trying to force me into a trial without all my evidence and altered documents im homeless so they are trying to take advantage of me I can sign contracts to pay for someone to help me
