I'm 16 years old and i need to change custody - please help!

hi my name is sean longoria im 16 years old i live in mcallen texas im looking for help fast because my mom is not raising me right and is tryning to move me out of state to michigan with her husband and i dont want to have to live there for reasons such as getting hit i dont want my mom to have legal issues since she doesnt hit me i just dont want to move back to michigan with her and her husband because he will hit me and make me live in bad conditions.... i want to change custody to my father as he can help me more and i will be happy with him he has a criminal past yes but he doesnt hurt me or any of that..... my mother has a plane ticket ready this saturday coming up im scared and dont wanna go there because i have no family over there i can run to for support...thanks
