I've been given misguided information due to lack of affordability, Biasness, Systemic Injustices, and the Statute Of Limitations on many occasions have caused the loss chances to have claims represented in a court of law that would help right a huge wrong...

For 2021 on my bucket list is to be recognized by the Detroit City Council's Legislative Department under the Leadership of Mayor Mike Duggan, and to receive a "Pioneer Contributions Award"...which is the least they could do after the concept idea that I shared was Plagiarized and the "Multiple Use" Simplicity's principal concept idea has since evolved into other product markets helping generate $Billions in sales revenue to date and still growing, and I realize that a royalty claim has exhausted, and all I'm seeking is a well deserved piece of paper for the contribution and that is a "Pioneer Contributions Award Certificate"!

Oaths are taken to help resolve issues...I feel that with most people the origin of how things began matters, and it's important to celebrate our achievements because they're like vehicles for taking action, and creating opportunities that make change that expose Systemic Injustice!

This issue of concern that I'm sharing is an attempt to right a huge wrong! And I feel that I'm being treated unfairly without due process, biasness, and ignored due to Systemic Injustices...

I reached out to the Detroit City Council's Legislative Department inquiring about the procedural process for receiving a "Pioneer Contributions Award Certificate"; information that I am being denied...

Most of us work hard to push ourselves and others when it comes to turning possibilities into great achievements... and the majority only seem to get credit after their death, and we continue to reap the benefits of their inventions; those that's still alive aren't recognized for major contribution to society and industry who's ideas that has helped generate multiple $Millions, and even $Billions of revenue sales dollars from their contributions. When there's no reform, things and people remain stuck with the same disadvantages and this is wrong!

Fighting Systemic Injustices, Plagiarism, and Consumer Fraud affects us all... 

The damages are dated and still growing, and historically Plagiarism has lasting echoes affecting those at a disadvantage, and for some of us Plagiarism I'm sad to say still lives without due process ... I'm seeking a Constitutional Rights Advocate that protects and recognizes our pain in situations like Plagiarism, Systemic Injustices etc, and the losses that leave damaging emotional scars, anxiety, etc; something's wrong with this picture when the request for public information is denied...

My Issues/Complaint/ Concern is when people are denied Basic Rights, Freedoms, Liberties, and Information; it's wrong for anyone to treat life as if it doesn't matter... 

All I'm saying is that there are more good people in the world than bad ones, and it seems like the only thing that gets TV News play are the bad things people do that creates unrest, emotional distress, anxiety... etc.

This type of ordeal is no joke, and I'm seeking resolution regarding the situation mentioned herein this email, and if legally there's ground for an Information Rights Act Violation Lawsuit/Constitutional Rights Violation against the Detroit City Council Legislative Department...I have contacted them several times regarding the process for receiving a well deserved piece of paper which is a "Pioneer Contributions Award Certificate".  My inquiry request for information I believe was just pushed aside/denied because there was only one response to my inquiry, and that was to get information from me, and afterwards there has been no response.  And each and every time thereafter I inquired I was ignored again and again each time.  It's a shame that it's come to this; feeling I've been treated unfairly with less than fair due process response as others who have received awards for doing amazing/extraordinary things that had an impact on someone's life, or had major influence in the retail industry's market place. 

Feeling that my Constitutional Rights have been violated, and Neglected by those in a position to serve the people have ignored my request without due process, Discriminated against with Bias Prejudices...

Initially my inquiry was emailed to Mrs. Brenda Jones; President of The Detroit City Council; then referred to contact Mr. Grady Stephen, then to Mrs. Margaretta Venson...without due diligence to respond after all this time to offer information that would help me understand the process for receiving a Pioneer Contribution Awards Certificate; I've done what was asked of me by Mrs./Ms Margaretta Venson, and my request just got ignored. 

I realize that awards are given to Firemen, War Veterans for their bravery, children, and animals that are given various types of awards etc: "Like awarding individuals/children, and animals for doing extraordinary things''... 

In the echoes of familiar American History similar situation, and now modern day, still nothing is being done to reform Plagiarism, Governmental Laws, and Infringement against those that are willing to help by sharing their Intellectual Property ideas but are quickly taken advantage of due to weak laws that seems to hold no accountability to those that take advantage in situations like this, and The Statue Of Limitation Laws run out due to misguided information that bar claims against Systemic Injustices, and leaving a long trail of us falling through the cracked up legal loop holds that limit hope, opportunity, and justice...

And it's for this reason why I made the request to the Detroit's City Council Legislative Department for a Pioneer Contribution Incentive Award Certificate; which would be the least of justice served in this matter, and the beginning of great benefits to come in terms of the Entrepreneurial Spirit in all of us here in the City of Detroit, and the State Of Michigan's Economic Growth, and beyond for generations to come; a means of recognizing, and giving back to those that help make a difference in the industry with their Intellectual Property contributions, and making a difference in the lives of others with their contributions... This kind of incentive will also help to keep the Entrepreneurial Spirit alive and well; as it would be a positive resolution to the vexing problems mentioned herein.

My why for making the request for a Pioneer Contribution's Award Certificate ... an incentive that will send a positive message to the Entrepreneurial Spirit in all of us; based on the fact that nothing is being done to implement change for the better that reflects reform in situations passed but not forgotten in the echoes of historical stories presented now...and the Detroit City Council Legislative Department are doing nothing to right this wrong in our community.

Made Requests several more times about the process regarding Pioneer Contribution Awards Certificate, and still nothing!

Can I Sue The Detroit City Council Legislative Department for denying public information, and  "The basic right to be treated fairly, and not be treated less than anyone else seeking information, response, and due process; is there for the people, and public information is given upon request etc"; (as explained in this email) the request was made as a means to resolve an issue that’s long overdue, and to get closure.  And hopefully in this situation there's no time limiting penalty for requesting information for receiving a Pioneer Contributions Award Certificate, and if there is it's their neglect for not sharing requests for this information in a timely manner... Can I sue?
