I was unlawfully detained by Albuquerque police and Bank of Albuquerque for a total of 4 hours after having suspicion of a check i was given being fraudulent from a credit card company. I was Almost shot when the cops detained me when I was compliant and I was brutalized by police.

 I was unlawfully detained by Albuquerque police and Bank of Albuquerque for a total of 4 hours after having suspicion of a check i was given being fraudulent from a credit card company that sent me the check as a refund of my credit card deposit. The Bank called Law Enforcement saying I was trying to defraud the bank by trying to cash a Fraudulent Check. I was Almost shot when the cops detained me when I was compliant and I was brutalized by police denied medical treatment when I was suffering from High Glucose because, I was detained by the Bank they refused to give me my license back to be able to drive home to be able to go get the much needed insulin injection I needed. When I was pulled from the car Police completely disregarded my wife's plead with them to be gentle with me and explain everything word for word because I am autistic. When the Police refused to wait for me to unlock my car door and get out myself they pulled me out of the car and tossed me to the floor then slammed my head into the side of my car to cuff me even though I wasn't resisting arrest or anything. Once cuffed the Police Officers then proceeded to push me on the ground while telling me to sit down. By the time they got me to their Police Vehicle and put me in back they looked at the check and said it was a real check and had even verified it with the bank that issued it and yet still held me in their cruiser meanwhile freaking me out more. After 4 hours of being stuck at this bank between Law Enforcement & The Bank itself Forcing me to stay there I was able to leave and when I got home I suffered a seizure that inevitably was caused by Law Enforcement Causing me so much Emotional Distress and Bashing my head into a Car Door and tossing me into the ground twice.I had the seizure because, I suffer from Autism Spectrum Disorder & Epilepsy. Now I want to Sue The Albuquerque Police Department & The Bank Of Albuquerque for this serious incident!!
